Sage Landing Affordable Housing Landscaping

A Bio Studio team member designed the landscape for an affordable housing and master planning project. The design fosters inclusivity and connection with nature and each other. The 12.4-acre, 132-unit townhome development features a themed playground, an 80% native plant palette, and retention basins that double as aesthetic and ecological amenities - enhancing climate resilience as well as livability, sense of place and belonging.
